The builder is responsible for repairs to your home during the warranty period. The repair costs were already calculated into the purchase price when you hired the builder. So be sure to have your Warranty Inspection performed before your warranty expires.

WDI or WOOD DESTROYING INSECT INSPECTION

Termites, carpenter ants, powder post beetles and other wood destroying insects can cause extensive damage to your home before you ever realize you have a pest problem. Their presence is hard to detect because they eat wood from the inside out. Mature male termites may enter your home to form new nests from one that is nearby such as a woodpile, a rotting wood fence, a rotting tree branch, landscape mulch and any untreated wood used to build your porch or deck. Final Check Inspections can perform a termite inspection and alert you to any damage or signs we see that termites maybe nesting in your home.
